I was browsing the sushi section of New Seasons today, and gave up because I actually couldn't afford $8 for 4 california rolls. However, my trip was not in vain because as I wandered over to the card aisle (as I always do) I happened upon a lovely watercolor design hidden in the corner. And of course it had a mason jar on the front!
Heather A. Wallis Murphy of Wild Tales paints with classic watercolor abandon..letting the edges of color seep together to create lovely shades that dart back and forth. I love the simplicity in her choices to capture nature and bouquets...and yet her card designs have a bit of organized chaos to them. They are a real gem...stop by Happy Valley New Seasons to purchase one for yourself...or check out her website (which I linked up above).
